Not having the hotel restaurant open for dinner is disappointing!!! Additionally, the air conditioning being centrally controlled is quite frustrating for someone who prefers specific temperatures!!!

We had an excellent stay with our little ones! The hotel arranged a shuttle bus from the airport that was super convenient, especially arriving late at night. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our family. A 24-hour convenience store nearby was a lifesaver.

Emergency lights turned on, but I found them distracting since they couldn’t be turned off. The hotel staff responded well, offering replacement rooms and late checkout to affected guests, which showed good customer service. On the downside, I did notice some areas needing attention. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well initially, and I had to figure it out myself, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Staff assistance could have been more professional when I needed help, as I felt their suggestions were not very helpful. Overall, I genuinely appreciated the room comfort and the hotel’s proximity to shopping outlets, but more attention to room maintenance and staff training would improve the experience significantly.
